We believe that the people we work with make all the difference in the quality and success of our projects. Our focus is therefore on developing the talents of our team as we progress through each project. Our studio is a place where our staff can learn and develop their talents, where each person can make their own contribution and develop the skills that are important to them.
We have a mentoring programme and yearly development strategies to help us constantly improve the standard of what we are doing. When we connect with paid interns for a short period we also offer mentoring when they have returned to complete their studies. We believe that investing time and effort in people is in itself rewarding.
